7 Brew carries about 30 Torani syrups — coffee and dessert flavors such as vanilla, caramel and Irish cream, plus fruit flavors such as blue raspberry, peach and coconut. Up to three flavors are free on any drink, and sugar-free versions cost nothing extra.
